Since its creation in 2016, Ladders4Action has delivered a wide range of training and workshops. Topics have included allyship, identity, anti-racism, action research methodology, inclusive accountability, knowledge equity, power and inequality.
One-off events can be valuable and informative as a part of a broader initiative for change but do not have a meaningful impact when delivered in isolation. In line with our ethics and values, Ladders4Action will only provide one-off training or workshops if it is part of a broader change initiative and if the objectives align with our organisational values and ethics. Please view the about section of our website and our terms & conditions for services for further information.
£1,200 for a three-hour training with up to 40 participants. Cost includes preparatory work, pre-meeting, and follow-up sessions. Each training will be specifically tailored for the client.
As a non-profit social enterprise, payments for Ladders4Action’s services support our free pro-bono services and advocacy work.
